About Sensei Ben Lacey 4th Dan

Ben is a 4th Dan who began his study of Goju Ryu karate with Sensei Dick Lovett over seven years ago. Ben believes that Goju Ryu karate is amongst the most all rounded forms of karate there is. It not only focuses on the body of the student, it also trains the mind. Ben believes that all students should be able to learn in a safe learning environment with the emphasis being on the individual giving the best they can.
